@Psyduck1980@beermerchants At the very least a fix to the process for next time. It's not ok to hype up a release and then not be able to deliver it. I do feel screwed over, and nothing's being done about it, no sense of customer service. No attempt to make things right
@BigCinho@beermerchants That's exactly the thing. If I'd missed out to someone who was quicker on the sale then fair play. But to allow me to add something to my cart and then not allow me to pay for it in time, with no support and no effort made to rectify the situation is not acceptable
