Turning everything I learnt about #grief into a book was not an easy process, but it's one i'm immensely proud of. If you've read it already, please do leave a review in the usual places, it really helps spread the word 📕❤️
Hey Griefsters, i'm looking for #Welsh grief resources, particularly for small children who've lost a parent, if anyone knows of any good books/charities/organisations etc. Thank you/ Diolch!
Started listening to @thegriefcast this week & it's been so incredibly helpful for sorting through my feelings as I try to make sense of a sudden death & all the crap that comes with that. Thanks @ladycariad for being so open & making something positive from such a crap situation
The Death Soundbook... this looks incredible and an idea so many guests have mentioned. The strange and perfect relationship between grief and music. https://t.co/hjYeCck7rk
If you are grieving or want to help someone who is, seek out @thegriefcast @ladycariad 's book. You Are Not Alone, borrow it, buy it, gift it, read it. Even if you're not yet in the awful club, read it. Thanks to Cariad for writing it & my friend @cathyreaywrites for recommending
Griefsters, i have a very dear friend with stage 4 colorectal cancer, he has a wife and two very small kids. I know all the brilliant children's grief charities, but can anyone point me towards any other resources they think might be helpful? (kids are under 3) x

✨✨ NEW REVIEW ✨✨
I've encountered grief on numerous occasions. Despite the frequency of these experiences, the process never becomes easier.

At the end of last year I lost one of my favourite people in the world. A kind friend sent me this @thegriefcast badge and I love it. Because my grief feels so obvious to me and yet I know it isn't to others. And sometimes I want it to be.
My book is out in paperback tomorrow griefsters, please go get yourself a copy, ask your library to order it in or send it to the friend that needs it. Thank you so much for your amazing messages about it so far ❤️ #grief#loss
Griefsters, I'm at the very lovely @Firmdale_Hotels Charlotte Street on January 29th to launch the paperback of You Are Not Alone. We will be talking #grief and having honest chats about how to survive it. Tix here: https://t.co/WrqaBz5xKc
