@politicopanther Hello, as you're travelling, you're unable to refund your ticket.
I recommend explaining your circumstances to a member of staff to see if they allow you to travel.

@n3cromonger Hello, I'm sorry to hear your seats are so far apart. The system will do its best to allocate you seats together and match your preferences however, this can be limited by availability.
I recommend attempting to find seats together in the non-reservable carriage. Thanks, Keith

@louisdevenny As mentioned digital tickets aren't available for all routes, and this would also include travel though London Underground as they don't issue electronic ones as yet. Thanks, ~Cat
@gouache32106 On trains with reservations, most seats can be booked. Some are not able to be reserved, so travellers with flexible tickets can hop on without causing any issues.
I recommend talking to a member of staff when you travel so they can help you find a quiet carriage. Thanks, Keith

You're able to pay using MasterCard via our site/app. I'd suggest uninstalling the app, restarting your device, and reinstalling the app. This will ensure you have the latest
version installed, along with clearing the cache and cookies.
