Union for WNBA players. Committed to protecting the rights of WNBA players and safeguarding the welfare of all WNBA players, both on and off the court.
It's time for the @WNBA to pay the @TheWNBPA players an equitable share of the revenue they generate and mandate the professional working conditions they deserve.
Pay them what you owe them!
The NFLPA stands in solidarity with @TheWNBPA and its fight for a collective bargaining agreement that reflects the players’ undeniable impact on the league’s growth. It’s time for fair compensation, proper working conditions, and a future that puts players first.
Hey @WNBA: pay them what you owe them!
We’re proud of our unions’ solidarity with @TheWNBPA as they fight for their fair share and a strong new contract ✊ https://t.co/38fiYMTmHX
Why won't our commissioner talk about the fact that a transformational CBA requires a salary system that actually values the players and the revenue they drive in a meaningful way? The system we have now was designed to intentionally undervalue the players and has for decades.
Address this issue along with salary increase and benefits and I believe we can move forward with our new CBA.
No shortcuts. No ceiling. MIP, hellooooooooo.
Congratulations @Veronicaab22 on @WNBA's 2025 Most Improved Player — you a star fr.

PAY THE PLAYERS! 📢
@WNBA owners are hiding the ball while players are asking for fair pay & better working conditions. That’s why our Texas labor movement stands in strong solidarity with the @DallasWings and every @TheWNBPA member.
To the owners: Pay them what you owe them!
I couldn’t be prouder of our @TheWNBPA union sisters, who are responsible for the @WNBA’s growth the past few years. It’s time for the executives to #PayThePlayers what they owe them.
We stand in solidarity with them as they fight for the strong contract they deserve.
🏀 The Texas labor movement stands in solidarity with the @TheWNBPA!
WNBA team owners are raking in profits, while players are paid a fraction of what their labor is worth. Pay them what you owe them!
Now time for a keynote conversation with the executive director of the @TheWNBPA, Terri Carmichael Jackson. Joined on stage by Nicole Jeter West!
