I told manager he has to go to everyone and tell them what happen. Manager came back in 20 min later to tell me he just remembered he used it and put it in his back pocket yesterday, I guess he didnt want to go to everyone and explain what happen. I think I found my thief!

Ok so all the crazy stopped for a few.. until now, so yesterday i was off and walked in this morning to the bathroom closed. The manager didnt fix the issue which was a clogged toilet that flooded. I called the manager in and he said he fixed it yesterday and it must have

antennas was missing. I went through this on saturday when both were missing and manager happen to find them after looking all over [side note, pretty sure he took them]. Talk to manager who said he doesnt know and blamed someone else, so I told him there is thief here.

He tells her they did a clay and wax on the car, tries to blame it on the service writer and then on his employees. I dont trust and think he didnt get a piece so he threw them under the bus. In the end come to find out the guy bought wash book and was under diff license plate

Next the owner come in today, first time I have seen her since I have been back. The manager comes running into the office mid way thru the day and asked her to check a license plate because it hasn't been paid. I check and all tickets have been paid.

Ok so today was a bit of a joke. Had an appraiser in this morning and the manager locked the compressor room, when he knows he should be keep it open during business hours. All because I told him to clean up an area with containers in the wrong place!

The connections, not just one. My guess is because I made him clean the pit the night before, he had to mess something up the day he is off. He also doesnt answer his phone. I dont like the games this guy plays. I will be documenting them here.

This morning was awesome, my assistant car wash manager told me there was an issue with the air lines. The manager has today off and everything worked fine yesterday. The asst found the issue only one connection was missing, pretty sure if some else did it they would take all

So instead of take it day by day, we are at take it hour by hour status.

Today the afternoon cashier called in sick because she she had an issue the night before.

He also said he didn't want me to feel uncomfortable to which I told him, I dont feel uncomfortable, I am all good. Lol we shook hands and he was on his way.

I also had a customer that called me a fing idiot come in this morning and apologized to me for the way he acted. He went on an on how I dont know where he is from or his history. His quote was "you can take the man out of the ghetto but you cant take the ghetto out of the man"

He asked me for wiper blades for his car. I was the only one in the lube shop to help him. I installed the new wipers and he payed then he came back and told me the crew does a better job than any other places around.

Today is a little strange. I have a car wash manager that has been fixing a pressure washer hose for 3 days with hose clamps and electrical tape. I am pretty sure there is something wrong there, but I told him, he needs to watch labor. That hose is going to break. Lol

Omg, today a guy who called me a fing idiot a while ago came to me today and apologized for being a complete ahole to me when he went off on me about 6 months ago. I was like wow, he said he didnt want it to be weird between us but I didnt care so..... lol

Started down some road that his assistant put extra people in and the owner said that the assistant can do what he needs to do. I immediately called him out on it asking can you not manager people, he stopped and said he would fix it right away.

Today I was supposed to be off but the boss said we had to keep the lube open, so it was me and one guy till 3. Even though the manager of the car wash is still playing games. I just ignored the games and lies and stuck to the business. I told him his labor is high and he

I an pretty sure he let the first car go without paying, but I cant prove that. He didnt send anyone to help drive in the back so the ticket writer had to do both jobs. Tonight he thought it would be funny to wait for me to call him to close the wash, which is his job!

Today was entertaining, the car wash manager decided it would be fun to play games today. He took first car and set the rollers that push the cars to come out every time, mind you they are only supposed to come out with each car, so I fixed that.
