@SarahSpain I'm deaf in one ear and have tinnitus in my other. Using earbuds create problems because they hinder my ability to hear real-world sounds. I therefore use speakerphone almost all the time. That said, I 100 percent agree with your post. "Hi. Can't talk. Call you back/text. Bye."
