'Imrān ibn Ḥuṣayn رضى الله عنه the Companion of the Prophet ﷺ said:

"Three things by which a person attains the best of this world and the Hereafter are:

• Patience during hardship.
• Contentment with Allāh's Decree.
• Du'ā in times of ease."

Anas b. Malik رضي الله عنه reported:

“The Paradise is surrounded by hardships and the Hell-Fire is surrounded by temptations.”

The Prophet ﷺsaid: The best dua on this day is: Lā ilāha illallāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu-l-mulku wa lahu-l-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr
Oh beloved, let’s make the day count!
May Allah accept from us all.

When your chest feels tight and life feels hard, just take a deep breath… and say:
“رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي”
“My Lord, expand for me my chest & ease my task.” (Q20:25–26)

Say it slowly. Feel every word. And trust that your Lord is with you.
