@GameDevMadeEasy@deusinferno3141@stacycay So, all of the studies that have tracked outcomes for decades, or the ones like the group in Australia that tracked kids for years is bad, simply because you don't agree with the outcome of their results?
@RandomBadger613@FJLightning007 The entire continuous story Arc from S2 through S7 is S.H.I.E.L.D. being rebuilt after Nick Fury instructed Coulson to do. Nick was there to take at the end of S1 (and that is official).
@Warennie24 @FJLightning007 They didn't really have different time travelling rules. Season 7 followed it exactly from Endgame.
Season 5 is a bit different with being pulled to the future using different technology.
The TVA in Loki has its own technology and their time-travel also works differently.
@GoldenBearGuy There have been proposals to split it and remove protections for commercial properties. That is a different discussion. We are talking about family owned, residential properties.
However, even the commercial properties go up in taxes each year.
@The_Bytemaster@BerkeleyMonitor@mucha_carlos Jenni Hannon wants to inherit that multimillion property, rent it out, chill, all while defunding the police and having the next generation pay for it.
@GoldenBearGuy@BerkeleyMonitor@mucha_carlos Actually, a lot of investment firms own property in California. Many refuse to make it available as well, driving the cost up rent due to scarcity.
The prop 13 "issue" is a scapegoat for big groups and billionaires trying to buy properties in areas with scarcity.
@BerkeleyMonitor@mucha_carlos You also keep using this term "multi-million" because it sounds like a lot to most of the United States. Many areas of California, though, that doesn't get you very much.
Housing economics in California are problematic. This is not the problem. Go look at institutional owners.
@BerkeleyMonitor@mucha_carlos Single, individual properties.
Taxes go up on the property ever year, just not as fast as the land may appreciated. That is the only difference.
If the land around them depreciates, the taxes on the Prop 13 property still go up.
@GoldenBearGuy@BerkeleyMonitor@mucha_carlos First, you are making stuff up.
Second, you need to learn economics.
Third, being jealous of someone because they lived there longer than you is not a good look.
@cassiesrey They were uncertain, so they did make it to work either way, but most of the cast was convinced it was the finale.
The legend is that the Disney CEO stepped in because was his favorite show.
Also note he is back as the current CEO.
