Thanks to everyone who supported and donated. ππ»
Iβm doing a Channel Swim Relay: 21 miles π , 14β18 hours π , no wetsuit π₯Ά, jellyfish πͺΌ, and probably a tinge of regret.
Iβm doing the relay for Aspire, which helps people with spinal cord injuries.
Any donation would be hugely appreciated ππ»

Join the conversation on The Future of Welfare on 28th April with Helen Whately MP, hosted by the Conservative Disability Group & CPF...
Great to see Party Chairmen past, @HuddlestonNigel, and present, @kevinhollinrake, at our reception last night! Both have been strong advocates for the CDG.
Fantastic turnout for our drinks reception last night in Westminster.
We were delighted to welcome @Helen_Whately and her shadow ministerial team, @Mark4WyreForest and @PeterABedford as we start to build serious momentum again around disability and welfare policy.
A productive conversation with the Party Chairman, @kevinhollinrake, about improving accessibility for @Conservatives. The key asks were:
- A concessionary rate for disabled members of the Party.
- A CCHQ contact with the disability brief.
- Reduced exhibition rates at Conference.
