Then choose their TP because:

“1:3 R:R looks good.”

But ask yourself:

→ Where is the next liquidity?
→ What is the next HTF objective?
→ Is there opposing structure?
→ Does price have enough room to reach your target?
→ What happens if momentum slows before TP?

Your entry needs a thesis.

Your exit does too.

R:R should support your setup not create the setup.

The more noise around you, the harder it becomes to hear what actually matters.

Focus isn't always about doing more. Sometimes, it's about removing what keeps distracting you.

Not everything deserves your attention, even if it demands it.

I've learned that a quieter mind often makes better decisions.

The ability to say “not now” is part of protecting your focus.

Too much information can become its own form of distraction.

You don't need to respond to everything. Some things are better ignored.

Progress becomes easier to recognise when you're not constantly comparing your journey with everyone else's.

Less noise gives you room to think, reflect, and execute.
Protect your attention. What you repeatedly give it to eventually shapes your life.
