Reminder that I created a Technical PM course because many PMs struggle with the tech side 😃
The gap shows up as:
1. Poor engineer collaboration
2. Inability to translate ideas into tech requirements
3. Uncertainty on timelines and trade-offs
It’s not a lack of capability. From talking to early-career PMs, it’s about exposure, having the technical literacy to join technical decision-making conversations.
So I made a 0 → 1 Technical Product Management Playbook on @TrybebyFUSE - https://t.co/pQox7VU1FU
It covers APIs, integrations, systems, technical thinking, and engineer collaboration, all PM-friendly with real-life scenarios 😃
For PMs lost in tech talks, aspiring PMs, and non-technical PMs leveling up.
Share with someone who may need it. Thank you.
I told my mom I wasn't attracted to a guy who liked me and she told me to give him a chance. I said guys don't give girls they're not attracted to a chance so why should I do it? Silence at the dinner table
I saw a little girl who looked to be around 8 in the bathroom washing her hands & I said “wow you’re so pretty!” & then when I got into the stall I heard her tell her mom & her mom said “see, I told you!”
Just checked my last semester’s result ( properly)
4As
5Bs, and 1C
For a system that A= 80 and above and while having an active 9-5 too.
That’s quite a feat.
*gives myself a small pat on the head👍🏾
Here’s a mini life update for my old and new mutuals.
🦋 I had my first international vacation trip in April.
🦋 I got invited to speak at a top business law firm in March and got an award while at it. I’ve spoken at about 10 events this year so far.
🦋 I did a total overhaul of the systems at my company @lenoracareer and so far it’s paying off.
In case you forgot, Lenora is the global career storytelling and personal branding agency for making the ambitious and people who do great work, impossible to ignore.
🦋 I started learning how to swim this year, an excerpt from my side quest for learning that it’s okay to be a beginner.
🦋 I became a visual creator on IG and now I’m getting paid good cash to create and write for brands.
🦋 I’ve gone from just saving money to now building wealth through investments. I’m still learning but so far so good.
🦋I’m still waiting for my big girl business development offer from a media company.
🦋I pierced my nose so now I’m a certified corporate baddie
🦋I’m also locked in as a fitness girlie.
🦋 I’m a dog mum now and my daughter’s name is Luna, aka Lu or Lu Mama or Lulu.
If any of this made you smile or you haven’t seen me in a while, tell me what you’ve been up to.
Welcome back to the cool wingies side🙈🙈🧡
I completely agree.
Cross-functional learning is core L&D, even if it’s not formally assigned.
When I joined my first official role as a Product Manager in business lending, I had clear gaps. I took the initiative and went through courses on Corporate Finance Institute (CFI):
- Introduction to Banking
- Introduction to Risk Management
- Introduction to Credit
It massively expanded my understanding that I started contributing meaningfully to credit risk, collateral valuations, and credit structuring. My risk manager still jokes that I should just join credit / risk team 😂
I honestly dont think anyone should wait for it to be on your L&D appraisal.
Take ownership of learning the supporting functions around your role. It makes you a far better PM / contributor.
