How I build a GW3 wildcard, start to finish 👇

Lock in the players I know I want, rule out the ones I don't, set how much fixtures matter, and if the model's too low on someone, bump him up.

It builds the best squad for every formation. Then I keep playing with it until the team feels right.

If I were wildcarding GW3, this is roughly where I'd land right now 👀

Wissa and Cherki have started so well they're pretty much locked in for me.
Built the rest around them in my Wildcard optimizer. Also marked Saka and De Cuyper out (for now?) and landed on this.

Hadn't even clocked how good MGW's fixtures are until I ran the WC3 optimizer.

Nowhere near locked in, but it feels kinda good? Will probably keep tinkering up to deadline day.

He's also had some attacking presence: 0.20 xA/90 + 0.16 xG/90.

£5.6m Sangare would have been a lock in my GW3 WC.
