2/3 I now keep getting reminders to collect a parcel that isn’t there. The shop has 12 Evri parcels waiting to be delivered. There is no way of contacting you on this as the Chat is non human and cannot interact or deal with a complaint.

@EVRi_Delivery 1/3what appalling service. My parcel has not been delivered to the parcel shop despite an email to say it had. I get another to say it had been returned as I wasn’t home despite confirmation you had delivered it to the shop.
