Kind of an arrogant statement tbh. Many great films are released internationally every single year. If you can’t find good movies that’s just a skill issue.
Curry Barker on what Hollywood should know about Gen Z audiences:
"I wish they understood that we’re tired of slop. We want good movies back. People are still hungry for movies that are original without some big IP, as long as the story is good.” https://t.co/sHB9YS6sUk
@Driftwould2 I see you going really hard to defend this movie in replies, but the thing about mystery is that it doesn’t defy execution. Sure, we’re not supposed to know everything about the alien technology but the way in which it is applied (at least to me) was corny and cliched.
@AHostetler9@Calibur329015@thisismarlow_ There’s so many great original films being released every year. I strongly suggest keeping up with Cannes, TIFF (this is where Obsession originally premiered), Venice, and even Sundance film festivals.
@AHostetler9@Calibur329015@thisismarlow_ Low budget original films are released by truck loads every year. Check out any film festival, any year, and you’ll find that many if not most are made with small budgets.
@Shaggydreds@PK__Butter No, it does not “plainly signify” that. There’s a number of ways to interpret what he was doing with the pills but at the end of the day, it’s just that…an interpretation. I’m more prone to think Bear was self medicating using his grandmas Oxys. The house is filled with them.
