@Ask_Spectrum Are there issues with the Spectrum app at the moment? I am getting error RGE-1001. Restarting the modem has made no difference.

@Ask_Spectrum We are experiencing extreme slow downs in internet speeds and the inability to use the Spectrum app. Midland Michigan area. Are there known outages or issues? We have rebooted the modem.

@Ask_Spectrum The troubleshooting page does not address missing schedules or existing recordings, therefore it is of no help.

Our Cloud DVR lost all it's recordings and shows scheduled to be recorded. This is the second or third time this has happened.
Is there anyway to recover the recordings or the schedule? It's annoying to redo this everytime it happens.

@Ask_Spectrum Hi, we are having issues with the streaming App in area code 48657. Internet is fine, just the app does not load anything.
There was an internet outage from 12-2 earlier, but regular internet is back. Streaming app is not.
Any known issues/ETA?

@roll20app During the pandemic we used Roll20 to continue to play, afterwards we liked having a digital map so much I built a frame around a TV. Now one of our players moved to another state, so we can continue to use it as a hybrid gaming setup.
Minis for in person, tokens for remote.
