Hanford Dixon sends a message to Shedeur Sanders critics, saying off-field attention doesn’t matter as long as he performs on the field and predicting a more mature version of Sanders in his second year.
"I don't get it. I don't know where they're coming from. I don't give a damn what Shedeur does. I don't care if he's got 50 people trailing behind him. All I care about is what Shedeur is gonna do when he's between those lines when he's playing quarterback for us. It's okay if he has people behind him. He's had his first year in the league. You're gonna see a much more mature Sanders right now."

Zac Jackson just delivered a brutal evaluation of Deshaun Watson on 92.3 The Fan.
"I think it's a fair spring conclusion to say he is the same player he's been here. Inconsistent player, not accurate, bad decisions, he's just not any good. There’s no point for the Cleveland Browns, who are playing for the future, to be playing him."
Josh Edwards of CBS Sports highlighted Browns rookie Emmanuel McNeil-Warren as a breakout sleeper, noting the team’s hope that his versatility as a hybrid defender can create a similar impact to other elite, position-flexible safeties in the league.
"Cleveland would have taken McNeil-Warren No. 39 overall had Boston not been available. Instead, they were able to get him 19 picks later. At 6-foot-3.5-inches, the Browns are hoping McNeil-Warren can be for them what Kyle Hamilton and Nick Emmanwori have been for the Ravens, Seahawks, respectively. Offenses are looking for ways to stress defenses down-in and down-out, so having a defender capable of playing down in the box or dropping into coverage and muddying pass lanes is a schematic advantage."

Jared Verse believes the Browns will look much different than they did last season, pointing to the team's practice habits and execution as signs that better results are ahead.
"In the NFL, the margin for error is so small. You can be two steps outside of a tackle, and he might take you for 40 yards, and now you're down 7 versus you're two steps closer, you make that play. That's exactly what this football team was last year. Just a small difference between good and great was making those plays. We were making those plays. My impression was this isn't going to be a 5-12 team. It's going to be a lot different, just by the way people are practicing and executing."

THIS WOULD HAVE CHANGED EVERYTHING…
The #Dolphins planned on signing legendary quarterback Drew Brees in 2006, but team doctors failed his physical due to concerns about his shoulder.
As a result, Miami passed on Brees and Nick Saban left the #NFL one year later to become Alabama’s head coach. Dolphins doctors gave him a 25% chance of ever playing again, prompting the team to sign Daunte Culpepper.
If Brees had signed with the Dolphins, Miami may have finally found its franchise quarterback and become a legitimate Super Bowl contender for the next decade.
Meanwhile, the #Saints never land Brees, which means New Orleans may never win Super Bowl XLIV or experience the greatest era in franchise history.
And perhaps most incredibly, Nick Saban likely stays in Miami.
No Saban at Alabama could mean no six national championships, no dynasty, and a completely different college football landscape.
One failed physical may have changed the history of the NFL and college football forever.
Terry Pluto dropped an article detailing his thoughts and what he’s been told during Browns OTAs and minicamp.
"Monken didn’t say it, but I believe the reason he has decided not to name a starting QB at this point is based upon how Shedeur Sanders has progressed. I was told that he 'made really nice strides' in the last two weeks of practices. The Browns like Sanders’ accuracy. He has also shown mobility. They want to see more."

Terry Pluto of https://t.co/l9BDcTsJ2M reported that the Browns believe Ronnie Hickman has taken a major step forward this offseason, continuing the development that helped him earn a starting role after entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent.
"The Browns believe former Ohio State safety Ronnie Hickman has made a 'major step' forward as he enters his fourth NFL season. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2023 and worked his way into the starting lineup."

Shedeur Sanders said he embraces Todd Monken’s high expectations, believing the Browns’ head coach creates an environment where players must either elevate their game or get left behind.
"I definitely like his expectations he has for us," Sanders said of Monken. "And it gives you no choice but to be great or to get out of the way. You know, I think it's just that simple."

#Browns first-round pick WR KC Concepcion has just signed his four-year, fully guaranteed rookie contract worth roughly $20 million in a deal done by agents Cleo Floyd, Jeff Griffin and Erik Schmella of The Familie.
Denzel Boston had high praise for Shedeur Sanders, describing the Browns' rookie quarterback as an energetic leader who is constantly looking to improve, help his teammates, and bring a positive attitude to the field every day.
"Shedeur is a cool guy who brings high energy," Boston said about Sanders. "Whenever I see videos or clips of him, he always has high energy. He seems like he wants to be better each day, the way he works out when we’re in the facility and stuff like that. And he’s not afraid to help other people. Like, I remember we had a drill and he was like, ‘Hey, next time just take this up over here and I’m just going to launch that.’ And I was like, ‘All right, cool.’ He’s just showing up every day trying to get better. And he has a great attitude."
