In Kolkata, two women reportedly came to a mosque and told a Haji that they were from Malda. They claimed that their husbands had given them triple talaq but now wanted to take them back, so they needed to undergo halala.

The Haji quickly agreed and was apparently very excited about the situation.

The next morning, he went to the market to buy some things for the ceremony. But when he returned, both women had disappeared.

To make matters worse, his cupboard had been broken open, and his valuables were missing.

So, instead of performing halala, the Haji ended up being the one who got “halala-ed”! 😂
