The Skill Mill’s stall at the AYM (The Association of YOT Managers) conference today in Birmingham. The theme of the conference was "What’s Next for Youth Justice?" and it was held in collaboration with Youth Endowment Fund (YEF).

@golaboxford @SyracuseU @nabatchi Yes. I agree that lawyers are critical to shifting the focus to the relational. Commercial lawyers who typically draft outcomes contracts are not schooled in this and therefore unable to support it properly and default to their comfort zone and we get rigidity and ‘springs/cogs’

#soc24 at @golaboxford kicks of with a very thought provoking keynote from Professor Tina Nabatchi from @SyracuseU asking us to consider ‘clock’ and ‘cloud’ problems. In solving complex cloud problems multi-dimensional Collaboration and Participation is key.
