N95 @jkenney said Alberta separatists spend more time producing “weird AI videos” than providing detailed answers to serious questions about independence.

This is coming from a former premier whose government lost approximately $1.3 billion of Albertans’ money on Keystone XL.

This is coming from a former premier whose 2017 UCP leadership race faced allegations from a former member of his own caucus involving fraudulent email addresses and illegitimate votes.

Mr. N95’s comments, now being amplified by outlets like Yegwave, are simply inaccurate.

This is a grassroots initiative led by Albertans, and independence advocates have held numerous town halls and public discussions addressing serious questions surrounding Alberta’s future—including pensions, trade, constitutional issues, Indigenous rights, resources and government finances.

If avoiding those conversations has led Kenney and the “Forever Canadian” crowd to believe these questions aren't being answered, perhaps they should actually attend one.

And for that continued refusal to engage in a serious conversation, you can thank Sleepy Naheed @nenshi and his political ally Thomas @LukaszukAB .

You cannot complain that questions aren't being answered while refusing to participate in the conversation.
