So day before my account was flagged for some comment and punishment of 12hours was delivered on account, I can post, I can't like, I can't retweet and all that
So during those 12 hours I sat down and made research on X rules and regulations and the algorithm ways

"My guy is 41. He's one of those guys that married late. He just got married last month. He and his wife live in Orozo , Area of Abuja , in a bungalow he owns.

The main house is theirs, but he has two tenants in the other rooms who pay him a total of N2.2 million every year.

For almost three years he has been considering relocating to America. Two days ago his agent told him the visa is ready and he has ten days left to pay the remaining fees and book tickets. Yesterday, a big supermarket that supplies hotels and restaurants in Federal Capital City and Keffi called him.

They want an exclusive farm harvest deal. He will supply specific crops and produce to all their branches.

The contract is N15 million a year for five years. They are ready to sign next week. The only condition is that all that they have ordered must meet a certain standard. What can't happen if he's not around to personally supervise and manage the farm. That means he can't travel.

His wife told him, "Let’s take the contract. We’re just starting our life together. This money is good, and the bungalow is still bringing something. Your friends abroad are not living the life they’re posting. Why are we rushing?"

His friends abroad have been calling nonstop. One of them said, "Bro, sell that bungalow and come. That restaurant deal can end anytime. America is already in your hand. Don’t stay back because of one contract

He is confused. Then on Friday night... something happened.

His agent called around 11pm and said there was a small issue with the medicals and they needed extra documents urgently.

While they were still talking, the restaurant’s operations manager sent him a message asking him to come to their office on Monday for a “final clarification” before they draft the contract. The message said the owner himself would be present.

He hasn’t slept. His wife keeps asking what the agent said. His phone is still buzzing with messages from his friends abroad. He has ten days left on the visa window, a bungalow he was thinking of selling to japa, and a meeting tomorrow that could either lock the N15 million deal or make him miss America completely.

If you were him, would you go for the farm deal and keep the bungalow, or still sell and leave for America?"
