The data pertains to Mahadevpura AC in Bengaluru Central LS constituency. It is one of eight assembly constituencies

The Congress led in four assembly constituencies by margins ranging from 20,000 to 74,000

The BJP led in three assembly constituencies by margins ranging from 20,000 to 39,000

The surprise was in Mahadevapura where the BJP candidate 'led' by a humongous 1,14,046 votes

This wiped out the lead of about 82,000 votes of the Congress candidate

The net result was that the Congress candidate lost the LS constituency by 32,707 votes

Mr Rahul Gandhi has provided data on how the voters list in Mahadevapura AC was manipulated

There can be no glib explanations. ECI has much to answer

The person in question is Gurkirat Singh Dang, who appears to have four EPIC IDs: SVF1125525, SVF1124312, SVF1124627, and SVF1123017.

Well, it's all there on the ECI website.
