No ransom. No politics. Just chaos. In 2011, LULZSEC took down PlayStation, Fox News, and the CIA all for a laugh. Here's the story of the group that made hacking look like a meme.

Someone is selling a FBI employee database for $25. The real question isn't "is this real?" It's: how many times has this already happened and we just don't know? What do you think?

@0xfaseeh This is genuinely very smart from them. You create Gmail accounts for them and you remove them all the issues about verifying numbers, having a clear IP, Etc. Very smart, ngl. BTW don't do this.

This is how Alpha got arrested. He was the king of a darknet marketplace running one of the biggest platforms out there. But here's the thing: even the most sophisticated operators leave traces.

@skinsonecom This will always be a cat and mouse situation. You can't stop hacking or players from abusing something; every time companies add a fix, there are already people breaking in again. It's an endless loop.
@khlocrypto It's just amazing how people lose their funds like that. I mean, I wouldn't even show how much or anything related about funds in crypto. This will make you a target for attackers to get your money.
@clericythegoat@Roblox@Roblox_RTC You made a mistake trusting someone on the internet even if it's your friend, you don't know if their account has been compromised. Always test files in VMs to see what they do, or at least drop them into VirusTotal. But never trust anyone not even your own shadow

@FiatDemise@a_greenberg Sure, I agree with you, but they would have had to use some techniques. There are ways to track Monero there are also Monero users who have been caught
@ExodusGhost Could you tell a quick story about how you passed 11 years in federal prison? To get that many years, you probably accomplished some amazing things!
