സാമൂഹിക ബോധവും രാഷ്ട്രീയ സംസ്കാരവും സംരക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടത് നമ്മളൊക്കെയാണ്. ഇത്തരം ഹീനമായ വാക്കുകൾ സാധാരണമാക്കാൻ അനുവദിച്ചാൽ, അത് നാളെയുടെ തലമുറയുടെ മനസ്സിലേക്കും ചിന്തകളിലേക്കും വിഷം ചേർക്കുമെന്ന കാര്യത്തിൽ സംശയമേതുമില്ല.

Two real sisters, Afreen and Amreen, have been arrested in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on charges of allegedly trapping hindu women, drugging them, facilitating sexual assault, blackmail, and forcing religious conversion.

According to police, the accused allegedly lured vulnerable women with promises of jobs. The complainants claim that once trapped, they were subjected to assault, threats, and coercion.

First complainant:

A beautician from Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh alleged that she was taken to Ahmedabad in Dec 2025 on the pretext of work. There, a relative of Amreen, identified as Yasir, allegedly raped her. She further alleged that two other accused, Bilal and Chanu, assaulted and sexually exploited her at different times.

Second complainant:

A woman from Bhopal, who worked at Amreen’s house, told police that she was allegedly raped by Chandan Yadav at his sister’s residence in Narayan Nagar after Amreen left her there alone. The complainant claimed she was threatened with death and defamation to prevent her from speaking out.

As per the FIR, Chandan Yadav told one of the complainants that he had converted to Islam and pressured her to convert as well. The complainant stated that she converted under pressure and was later allegedly forced to wear a burqa and offer namaz.

Police have arrested the two sisters, Amreen (21) and Afreen (32), along with associate Chandan. Three other accused, identified as Bilal, Chanu, and Yasir, are currently absconding. Investigation is ongoing.
