Hillary Clinton reemerging from obscurity to amplify and validate GOP talking points against populist Dems as America heads into the general election against Trump’s party — what an incredibly on-brand commitment to the bit
Pastor preached on Jezebel and Ahab and talked about how Jezebel couldn’t make Ahab do shit he didn’t wanna do and can’t no woman pull a man to do anything that he hadn’t already decided to do and the church house got REAL QUIET ON THE CREEK
The first NAACP official ever killed for civil rights work was taken from his home AT NIGHT by the police.
Elbert Williams. Brownsville, Tennessee. June 1940. He and a small circle had begun organizing Black voter registration in a county where no Black citizen had voted in decades.
One night, officers including the town's night marshal, came to his door and took him away in his nightclothes for "questioning."
His body was found in the Hatchie River three days later.
He was buried within HOURS, in haste, without an autopsy. No inquest worth the name. The Justice Department opened a file and quietly closed it in 1942 without a single charge.
Elbert Williams' name deserves to be remembered, not as a footnote, but as one of the first martyrs of the modern civil rights movement.
His story is one of many that never received justice. Our book documents 150 real cases of racial violence, cover-ups, and unanswered injustices that history has too often overlooked.

@ClixWell@Forever_FiFi We are touching base and aligning, so we can make sure we are all on the same wave length, and pivot to the North Star, with a strategy that is not a silver bullet, but needle shifting change, ensuring there is a quick TAT on all low hanging fruits. I hope this answers you😂
People are surprised by these files but cannibalism was a regular part of chattel slavery. They were eating their slaves. I wish basic US history classes didn’t condense mass enslavement down to just picking cotton. They were EATING them. Literally boiling fat down to make oil as holiday gifts after a lynching.
While they’re telling you to put more beans in your beef so you can afford to make burritos for your family, remember the Israeli lobby spent $30 million to take me out of Congress because I wouldn’t vote for the things that have made your grocery bills so high.
MAGA mama calls police on Black man using pool—traumatizing his kids to tears.
"I don’t want you to go to jail," child cries.
"Please just get your ID."
"Just because we’re black—we can sit just like everybody else," dad explains.
She did not demand any other swimmers show ID.
"I don’t want y’all to be traumatized by this, though. Don’t cry. You don’t have to cry."
Father wrote that the entire time she was calling the police—the woman was smiling and laughing at them.

A student debt lawsuit led by Debt Collective members continues to reveal Ed Dept incompetence.
There are 4 plaintiffs. Lawyers submitted 5 additional debtor declarations as a case update.
DOJ responded saying looking at *5* more accounts is too "time-consuming" and "tedious."
My father wrote Letter from Birmingham Jail to answer a question that remains before us: What do people of conscience do when injustice is urgent, but those with power keep asking them to wait?
As voting rights are threatened, violence expands, and human suffering is normalized, this letter helps us recognize the danger of silence, reject a peace that depends on injustice, and understand our responsibility to act with courage and disciplined nonviolence.
It does not only tell us what to oppose. It challenges us to examine whether our words, choices, and institutions are advancing justice or helping to delay it.
Read it. Study it. Let it sharpen your moral clarity and strengthen your commitment to action.

They keep asking why people are angry.
Because we work harder, pay more, own less and watch politicians hand our future to billionaires and bomb manufacturers.
That clear enough?
We are supposedly at war to stop Iran from enriching the uranium we “obliterated” over a year ago.
Yesterday we signed a deal to help Saudi Arabia enrich uranium.
The first time the United States has ever helped another country enrich uranium on foreign soil.
The Saudis refused the inspection protocol 140 other countries accept. Too intrusive, they said.
Trump agreed. He signed a national security waiver to get around the rule.
The Saudis paid Kushner $100 million. They put $2 billion into his firm. They put another $6 billion into LIV Golf, which pays Trump properties to host its tournaments. They signed ten billion dollars in Trump-branded real estate deals in Jeddah and Riyadh. All in just the last few years.
But sure. My paintings.
