In 2018, Theatre of NOTE was honored to present the West Coast premiere of Adam Szymkowicz's hilarious send up of the Robin Hood story "Marian, or the True Tale of Robin Hood". The play skewers gender roles and pokes fun at the chauvinistic tropes central to the Robin Hood story.
We implore them not to bend to the fears and prejudice of a vocal few and to do right by their LGBTQ+ students. A play can't hurt and the dialogue it starts can only help.
