@CODUpdates P.S. Ensure your engineering team is involved in feature kickoff/t-shirt sizing. You have some dependencies that weren't considered between platforms and 'external' teams weren't aware. Fund anti-cheat, give QA time, don't snowball. CI Workshop complete for you free of charge.

@CODUpdates From a SDLC standpoint your processes don't seem to support engineering to ensure quality, and your focus is velocity. Defer your promise dates, correct your product owner/business cycle to ensure dev/scrum cycle can support quality. Steam/Blizz/Console. Bugs over features.
