I booked an Airtel Wi-Fi connection on 17 Feb and paid ₹1500 upfront for KYC. Due to service unavailability in my building, installation has NOT been done.

This is unacceptable. Customers are paying upfront and neither getting service nor refund.

I approached support via DM on X, but for the last 5 days I’ve only received system-generated replies with no resolution.
One representative even claimed installation is completed, while I’m still receiving SMS asking for “another 72 hours” repeatedly. (2/3)
@JioCare It’s been weeks since I requested a refund for my #JioAirFiber order (ID: NO00017K10H0). Still no call, no email, no refund — only silence from @JioCare.
I don’t need installation anymore, I only want my REFUND. Please resolve this immediately.

@JioCare Thanks for the response, Nelson. Since I have already installed #AirtelFiber due to the delay, I no longer need the connection. Please initiate my refund for Order ID: NO00017K10H0 at the earliest. Kindly confirm the timeline for the refund. @reliancejio
