Champs! After going 3-1 in pool play, our team came back strong today going undefeated in bracket play at the PGF Fastpitch Classic!

Personal bracket pitching stats: 2CG, 10IP, 1ER, 16SO (30SO total for the tourney), .200BAA.

I am also very proud of the offensive adjustments I've been working on with my hitting coach @jose_bermudezv and seeing them payoff! I hit .600, going 9 for 15 with two doubles this weekend!!! #EarnedNotGiven

2030 @BellaSmith_2030 working on throwdowns today at our @TheBallplex homeschool practice!

We started with our throwing progression, followed by throwdowns focusing on quickness and making effortless throws. We finished with live situations where runners randomly attempted to steal second to make the reps more game-like.

Bella recorded her fastest pop time EVER on one of those live reps, 1.68 seconds!!

2027 @TaeganLermann stopped by after her official visit at @GatorsS!!

This is what a short, compact, and quick swing looks like! And it got even quicker when I pitched to her!

We worked on a few small details I noticed, and just by making her aware of them, she was able to make some really good adjustments right away. That shows how coachable she is!

Keep up the great work, Taegan!! 💪🏼

It rained all day yesterday here in Florida, so we’re lucky to have a second indoor facility where we could move our field day practice!!

Check out three of my girls getting some good work in at the end! 🙌🏼

🥎 2030 @BellaSmith_2030 showing some good IF work and catcher’s tags at the plate!

🥎 2031 @Kellibelle2031 is just an amazing athlete! Put her anywhere you want and she’ll get it done!!

🥎 2031 @KaylinPosey2031 is a catcher/OF combo with a plus arm!! Absolute CANNON! She’s still growing and learning how to control her body, but she can definitely play both positions at a very high level!!!

Three very exciting players! Proud of their hard work!! 💪🏼

2031 @Kellibelle2031 showed out this weekend!! KB is part of the @TheBallplex homeschool program and gets extra hitting work with my guy @jose_bermudezv 💪🏼

KB is such a fun player to work with! Heads-up player and just a great athlete all around. She went 7-for-9 this weekend (.778 AVG) with 3 diving plays, 2 in CF and one in the IF. Kid loves the grind and the process too!!
