Submitted to OST Composing Jam 7!! It was really fun and refreshing creatively to make the music for this, loving the feedback and discussions with it so far!

I've found that writing some poetry or just writing down ideas I have in my head before I start composing really helps my creative brain in gear for my session!

I had one of my best sessions in a while by writing a couple paragraphs about random stories from my life beforehand.

I have 2 big projects in Orchestral/choral music before I die

Machinae Gesticulantes and Vita Renovitar

Machinae is based on a neo-latin text by Joseph Addison and Vita Renovitar will be traditional Latin prayers and such from the perspective of modern trans-ness

[Lexi M Holcomb @TheBaroqueBass]

I will make this happen if I can find ppl to perform it :3

revisiting an old project I gave up on today. Makes me wonder why I tossed it. probably because deadlines lol

[Lexi M Holcomb @TheBaroqueBass]

Form charting and poem word describing (even in this weird basic form that I do) is so really helpful when I'm starting a new project!

Yeah it's me but more professional now!
