I believe my account was terminated falsely by YouTube (thanks to a scammer impersonating Penguin Random House of course). If YouTube would be willing to give me back my successful channel of 48,000+ subscribers I would appreciate that.

George didn’t chew out Dave & Dan the same way he did Condal, so it probably means he was overall fine with the outline of GOT S7 & 8

The main takeaway from GRRM being so harsh on Condal and complaining about changes? Game of Thrones S8 finale confirmed to be beat for beat what GRRM intended. It’s all going down exactly like that.

HOTD S2 totally neutered the Blood & Cheese scene - but even worse - made the future storylines very shaky.

George is being messy as a professional, but he isn’t wrong from a storytelling POV.

It just wasn’t a very good show. It had moments and characters (love Sol and Qimir), but overall it just wasn’t very good.
