From today, the Bluetongue Restricted Zone extends across England, but Wales remains outside the zone.

Livestock entering Wales from England require pre-movement testing with some exceptions.

Speak to your vet about vaccination - the best way to protect your livestock.

The #Bluetongue Restricted Zone (RZ) has now been extended to cover all of England, meaning you can now move animals within England without a specific bluetongue licence or pre-movement testing. The guidance on animal moves to Scotland and Wales must be followed. @ruminanthw
