I’ve quietly battled anxiety and depression for a few years now. Sadly, I don’t open up to anyone about anything so “quietly” here is an understatement.

The consistent feelings of unworthiness, insignificance, and never feeling “enough” always kept coming up.

As dark of a mental place I’ve been recently, I’m taking steps to address all of my issues and get to a better mental headspace. I plan on no longer using my phone as a crutch and finally getting the help I need to be the person I know I can be in peoples lives.
