Ok @Microsoft , I need you to improve the OS documentation a bit more on sysmain and MMAgent for Windows desktops... The services are tied together and NONE of the docs I could find on the learn site documents it properly. A little bit here, a little bit there. Not enough.

I never intended to make Windows run better than Microsoft could in 26H2, but their DEVs documented soo many good settings that it came to fruition... Thank you devs!

@elgato 👀 I wonder how it handles deep voices around 60-70hz?

You open Task Manager to see what's wrong.
But once it's running, somehow, nothing is wrong!

It was crawling a second ago. You hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc. By the time the window is up, it has made a full recovery. Every time.

It's mostly timing. The culprit finishes, or hides, while the window is opening. Task Manager also starts at high priority, so sometimes it really does shove the stuck thread aside.

Either way, you missed it.

Flight Recorder was already running. Scrub back to before you looked.

One Russian programmer has maintained it alone since 1999. He refuses money and almost never speaks.
