For insurance reasons i hadnt gotten my teeth cleaned in literally 10 years and now that i do have insurance i got it done for the first time and let me tell you. My QoL has increased like 1000x. I cant believe the difference. I didnt notice how uncomfy i was before but wow.

Its all stuff i didnt think about bc it wasnt "visible" but suddenly a toothbrush doesnt feel like sandpaper?? My texture sensitivity with food is gone?? My teeth are noticeably nicer AND im not constantly bl*eding??? Discomfort was my baseline and i feel lighter. Its wild.
