Let’s be clear what the Iranian regime is doing by threatening to attack Israel if it defends itself against Hezbollah:
It is trying to force Israelis to accept that they will be surrounded by proxy armies that can shoot whenever they want, shell their cities, fire drones into their houses — and Israel can’t respond.
Why can’t it respond? Because the Iranian regime will manipulate the United States into restraining Israel not to defend itself. It will threaten an interstate war, threaten to rip up an agreement that has nothing to do with Israel, to keep its “ring of fire” intact.
And the result is a country under siege again. Where pop concerts keep getting canceled at a moment’s notice, schools get shut for weeks, and foreign airlines keep canceling. In short, to grind down Israelis through attrition, so Israel becomes a country that no sane person with options would want to live in. Either because of constant attacks on every front, or because we become surrounded with an enemy coalition that is a genuine existential threat.
After October 7, we cannot accept that.
We will not accept that.
And everyone should accept THAT.
@_TheWhirlwind_@Osint613 ... and Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, wife and son in this war. He is an extreme Islamists that finances terror seeking vengeance. This is not peace through strength. This is pressing the pause button, waiting for Iran's next move. Bad choice.
@VividProwess@POTUS Dear President Trump, If Iran wanted peace, they would have put their terror proxy Hezbollah on a leash. This is not peace through strength, this is kicking the can forward for economic reasons.
@GuntherEagleman Big mistake to make a deal. Please finish the job. Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, wife, and son. He will seek revenge at the first opportunity he gets. Iran wants to destroy the USA, Israel and Europe. This Iranian regime cannot be trusted. Finish the job! #Iran
@i24NEWS_EN Maybe a deal is good for the economy, it's terrible for the West. The Iranian new leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, lost his father, wife, and son in the recent conflict. Radical regimes driven by vengeance & Islamism, willing to kill their own civilians, do not respect deals.
@WhiteHouse The Iranian new leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, lost his father, wife, and son in the recent conflict. Radical regimes driven by vengeance & Islamism, willing to kill their own civilians, do not respect deals. The only way to stop them is to erase the regime.
@i24NEWS_EN What are the chances that Mojtaba Khamenei, a wounded, radicalized man who just lost his father, his wife and his son, wants revenge, despite the peace-deal?
@BBCNews Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, wife, and son in the strikes. A wounded, radicalized Islamist driven by personal revenge now leads Iran. Is a deal truly possible with someone like that??
@WhiteHouse I love President Trump and will always be grateful. I fully trust he’s weighing every angle. That said, Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, wife, and son in the strikes. A wounded, radicalized Islamist driven by personal revenge now leads Iran.A deal with such people is very risky
@isaacrrr7 Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, wife and son in the strikes. A wounded, radicalized leader driven by personal revenge is now in charge. Half-measures and “deals” won’t fix this. The only real solution is regime change. Anything less is just buying time for the next attack.
@mitchellvii Trump ending the conflict sounds nice, but Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, wife and son. A wounded, radicalized leader driven by personal revenge. Half-measures and “deals” won’t fix this. The only solution is regime’s change. Anything less is waiting for the next attack.
@EYakoby Mojtaba Khamenei lost his father, his wife and his son. A wounded, radicalized man now leading Iran driven by personal revenge. This is why half-measures won’t work. There is only one solution: the regime must be decisively dismantled. No deals with a man who wants vengeance.
