@CodieHapeman @dvcRentals Ya. What is stopping everyone from just booking only 1 to ensure they don’t get penalized if they don’t give you exactly what you want. How flawed! Terrible that they would take your money without giving you any booked vacation with it.

Did the research, Contacted the agency, spoke w/ agent & past customers- finally tried booking through a “reputable” site & since they didn’t match my 1st choice- I was supposed to get my deposit back (like so many ppl have in the past). Now @dvcRentals is keeping my $119.

@CodieHapeman @dvcRentals so disappointed. sister JUST used them and when they couldn’t give her her 1st choice- but gave her her other option- opted out AND got her money. I talked to one of their agents! I wouldn’t have put down another choice. Every1 would always just put one down then everytime.

Ohhhhh that’s not good. It’s not like they lose anything if you don’t want the second choice. What’s the purpose of keeping deposit? Just as punishment? I’ve heard from others that @dvcRentals is more owner focused than guest and this seems to support that complaint
