we're building on a chain (Zcash) that doesn't have smart contracts. that means no automatic rules. no code enforcing promises.

so we have to build trust the other way - out in the open.

the plan, in order:

1) sealed commitments before mint (the draw is locked, verifiable by anyone)
2) a glass-door refund reserve (every refund visible on a public explorer)
3) per-code status checks (you verify your own treatment, no DMs needed)
4) a policy hash (rules can't be edited mid-mint)

noir wallet - clean ui, built for shielded zec
vizor - desktop/browser, good if you mint on a computer

any wallet that can hold a shielded address (u1...) works.
