@asktelecelgh_ How on earth does 250Gb get consumed in 4 days when the broadband is only used for less than 24 hours. That has been my usage pattern for the past 4 years and even now I don’t use it as before which was lasting longer.

And when we finally get through to your customer service you give us auto piloted responses. Even raise a ticket and send a message the following day the issue has been resolved without contacting the customer whatsoever.
