This is Denmark's surplus on the state budget. Despite being the biggest contributor to Ukraine per capita, it was 133 bDKK (= 20 billion euros) in 2024.
We also have a huge surplus on our trade balance. (That happens when you produce products that people from other countries actually want to buy). We have very low inflation. No unemployment. No debt. And the lowest corruption in the world.
We have the highest quality of life in the world. We are the second happiest country in the world (after the outgoing and happy Finns). We also have the highest press freedom in the world and very, very low crime rates.
We are doing ok, and it feels weird to hear people from a country with a federal debt of 117,000 USD per person and a much lower quality of life talk about making a part of our country American as if it was the greatest gift on earth and as if they could develop it much better.
(Sorry for bragging. We are not perfect. We make mistakes and have flaws).

Trump claims Ukraine is collapsing (no cards), but the data tells another story: Ukraine stands firm while Russia grinds itself down, The Atlantic
I’d add: if you judge by territory gained, Russia is winning; but by lives lost for that territory, the results are disastrous

🇺🇸 TRUMP: LET'S FOCUS ON MIGRANT CRIMINALS, NOT PUTIN
"We should spend less time worrying about Putin, and more time worrying about migrant rape gangs, drug lords, murderers, and people from mental institutions entering our Country - So that we don’t end up like Europe!"

@PeterMcCormack Invite an ally to the table to broker peace by berating him and repeating his attackers talking points at a spray in the Oval. Would not be surprised if this was behind closed doors… maybe.
@mtmalinen Zelenskyy meltdown? You ever seen a foreign head of state invited to another country and then verbally bullied and attacked on TV? What are you watching?
