Employers value demonstrable competence as opposed to a rich citation without substance, yet job seekers must attract attention to themselves by the way they present their information in a CV or cover letter. At #TheBridgeProject our participants learned how to do this and more.

The absence of a coordinated Human Capital Development program in Nigeria is largely responsible for the increasing rate of Crime and Drug use. And when the Teachers in our Tertiary Institutions are preoccupied with having #coldroom experiences, our graduates are the worse for it

Thinking Skills are in hierarchy. The Lowest requires us to remember, the highest to be creative. Our Participants were exposed to the Bloom's Taxonomy as we prepare them to be the face of a new Nigeria. We are tasking them to creatively solve Nigeria's Problems. #FromCorper2Gold
