AAA studios spend $200M on a city this good.
Ours cost $1,500 and swapped Miami for SF within a week.
An agent did it in a loop while we slept, now he's working on the traffic and pedestrian.
Pedestrians AND Traffic are alive now everyone!!
Been heads down for 2 days on this one to build a hyper realistic flow, it was a massive amount of work, but part of the map now has people walking the streets and cars actually driving through traffic.
Day 23 of building hyper realistic community own open source, open world game with a loop of AI agents.
Today's progress:
- Pedestrians are in. NPCs walk around the streets on their own.
- Traffic works. cars drive the roads and follow the flow.
got both running together across a whole section of the map.
This was one of the hardest parts so far. a city only feels alive when the crowds and the traffic are all running at once, and that's a lot of systems talking to each other.
but real talk, a lot of this i had to set up by hand right now, and the bigger the map gets the worse that's going to be. There has to be a better way.
next up is scaling it from one section to the entire city.
quick question for the unreal engine people: whats your best approach for traffic and crowd AI at full city scale?
I got a section fully alive, now i want the whole map moving. if you've built this before i want to learn how you did it.
Day 23 of vibe coding game
since fable came back, we’ve been locked in on game development
unreal new mcp isn’t that great, so we still have to do some stuff manually
but at least i’m learning something lol
added drifting today and made the car feel more realistic
how does it look?
Fable is back!! It’s time to go ALL IN.
I’m claiming all the tokens under the project and only support solana:DY2ZAaZrt27b3PpXjxH8qqDBZwrEoFoSqb83t7VNpump

Fable is coming back tonight!! I'm going to use it to build our GTA 6 before GTA 6.
For people who is watching the video (Turn the volume up).
Day 20 of building our own community GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents.
it's also got a real intro now with original music. big shoutout to @therobtx who made the intro track, it's feel so good.
Today's progress:
- shooting is in and feels smooth now.
- proper intro screen with custom music.
Next I'm going to keep looping and make all performance settings adjustable so it's playable.
Then first early testing is on the way!
I miss Fable so bad i'm not sleeping tonight.
Driving is done everyone!! we can finally get in a car and drive across the whole city.
Day 19 of building our own GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents.
Today's progress:
- Driving works now. you can get in a car and actually drive through the whole city. (BIG Shout out to @notjazii)
Right now it's laggy, because we are performance maxxxing. Next I'm going to make a pause menu to lower the performance..
After that it's all about the feel. driving, aiming, and shooting have to actually feel good, not just work, so the core gameplay is smooth.
Quick question for everyone: for the demo, should we just get more drivable cars, multiplayer, and weapons at first, then enhance it from there?
solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump is already at $100M.
The next $100M project won’t look obvious today.
That’s why we’re building $B4GTA6 now
not after everyone discovers it.

I still can't believe we are building this quality game that runs on my Mac.
Day 18 of building my own GTA 6 with a loop of AI agents.
Today's progress:
- the shadows and car reflections look real now, not like a cheap game anymore.
- spent over a day on performance, so it runs smooth.
By the way this is a Mac, not a gaming PC, so a lot of the rendering and lighting is not gonna be the same as the NVIDIA GPU.
We are almost there. right now i'm debugging the driving so it feels smooth.
quick question, what do you all want to see in the demo?
