Wow @FedEx @FedExHelp @FedExForum was supposed to deliver a package sent FedEx Express to me on Wed. I WAS HOME THE ENTIRE DAY. Got a "no adult available for signature". In reality, no attempt was made and no door tag left. Repeat on Thurs. Manager at FedEx just hung up on me.

@sprint I've been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, after enduring MANY mishaps. Upgraded my phone with a promotional rate to show up in 3 invoices, and didn't. I called after the 3 invoices to inquire, no fix bc they didn't honor it. SAME ISSUE NOW WITH MY 2nd LINE! #unreal
