The Associate Controller is responsible for performing and managing various transactions, with a focus on investments, revenue recognition, grant and balance sheet accounts reconciliations, annual budgets, and reporting.

Today, Mahmoud Khalil’s legal team announced they will seek Supreme Court review after the Third Circuit Court of Appeals denied his request for the full court to re-hear his case in a split 6-5 decision.
“We hope the Supreme Court will recognize how dangerous the Third Circuit’s decision was, not just for Mahmoud but for other non-citizens the administration has its vengeful sights upon," said Baher Azmy legal director.
BREAKING: In light of new evidence of misconduct by the Trump Administration, Mahmoud Khalil’s legal team is asking the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to re-open his immigration case and terminate proceedings.
While that is pending, the Third Circuit panel’s order overturning the district court’s orders is not currently in effect and the Trump administration cannot lawfully re-detain nor deport Mr. Khalil at this time.
Today, the family of Allan Feliz asked the New York State Supreme Court to order NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch to fire the police officer who killed him more than six years ago.
