Attended @WilliamBuckAU webinar fed gov changes to CGT and trusts. Eye opening on how deep these changes will be. Biggest for me, pre 20 Sep 1985 assets acquired will lose permanent exemption. If have these post 30 June 2027, cap gains post this date will be subject to CGT

Australia had largest fall in disposable income per capita over last 12 months in the OECD. Treasurer @JEChalmers has repeatedly blamed overseas factor as the reason for our inflation pain. Was always a cop out answer as if true why weren’t other OECD countries impacted the same?

Research - peeps w/i normal range blood pressure ie below 120/80 had higher risk heart disease, stroke & dementia due to older hence less healthy heart. Optimal bp closer to 110/70 and gives you a 6 month younger brain than your age. & high bp has x2 globally for peeps > 30
