That’s just not true.

No person would be turned away from voting.

Any person without documentation would be able to sign an attestation.

The SAVE America Act does NOT require proof of citizenship for those already registered to vote.

Why don’t you suggest an amendment which would allow remote Alaskan voters to attach a copy of their proof of citizenship + photo ID to an absentee ballot?

It’s completely disingenuous to say you don’t have the time to implement the SAVE America Act

when you could have passed it last year.

It’s equally as bad to say that you support photo ID & proof of citizenship when you won’t even offer suggestions for how to earn your support on this legislation.

Looks like I’ll have to travel to Alaska to ask the voters themselves.

I talked with Mary last night. She is home now after being back in the hospital for IV fluids. She has a UTI and was dealing with dehydration (she thinks it was connected to the weight she has lost), but her kidney function is good and her liver is stable with her medications.

She is still very weak, has hired help at home, and cannot stand up without assistance yet. They are focused on keeping her hydrated. She is still struggling so much and cannot think of X right now.

Mary is truly one of the kindest, sweetest souls on X, and I know so many of you have been worried about her. Thank you for all the love and prayers you have already sent her way. Please know that I pass all of your sweet messages along to her, and she truly appreciates every single bit of it, even if she is not able to respond right now. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
