How do we plan on decentralizing computer resources with Bittensor?
Any person who can pay the UID registration fee on a Subnet can become a miner. However, becoming a validator requires staking a considerable amount of TAO.
The process isn't straightforward; it involves installing numerous applications on your computer, running commands, creating keys, transferring TAO, registering a UID, among other tasks.
We all agree that Bittensor has tremendous potential, yet it is far from being user-friendly. That's where our approach comes in: we're developing a CloudAI layer that interfaces with Bittensor, simplifying access or rental of resources for users.
With this layer of abstraction, you'll be able to:
- Rent unused hard drive space
- Rent GPU power
