Forget little green men - those could be Russians up there! In the latest episode I'm talking about the 1947 UFO scare and how it played into Cold War fears. I use the 1950 film "The Flying Saucer", the first one to deal with 🛸, to convey the mood of the time. Link in comments

@AeneasAwoken @bandy1803 Amerika is kind of a tough watch. There’s a book of it you can pick up pretty easily used that I’d recommend instead. If I remember right, it’s supposed to be around ten years after the Soviet takeover. It was definitely influenced by Red Dawn and The Day After
