@VerizonSupport I’ve had a technical support issue with @verizon for 88 days. A phone call from support every week to tell me that ticket’s closed but not fixed. Supervisor says, “All I can do is use the tools they give me.” Won’t make any extra effort to resolve my issue. 1/2
