THE CAKE! It featured elderflower syrup and a light sponge. The filling was made from Amalfi lemon curd and elderflower buttercream. The cake was decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream and 150 fresh flowers, mainly British, and in season, including peonies and roses. FUCK. YES

I was in Windsor Castle just a few months ago. Little did I know, Paul was carrying my engagement ring in his pocket. He asked me to marry him later on that day.
