@1lowmill Unfortunately you’re always going to leave yourselves open to these awful schemes then. 😔 Why not use this time to make changes? I have never had any issues at all in paying at the time of booking, wherever I’ve stayed.

I get that refunding/rescheduling has been a ballache but you can't pay your bills on ifs, but's and maybe's. I always expect to pay deposits, even staying in a b&b, don't sell yourselves short. 😢

@1lowmill @LeadbeaterChris @TelegraphTravel Just make sure your cancellation policy stops them before they start then. We're only refunding/rescheduling for lockdowns now, not disinclination to travel or illness/self isolation, they can get insurance cover for that.

@TripAdvisor we took our cottages offline due to COVID lockdown closures (you don't have a snooze option) but have now put them back on ready for hopefully reopening soon but all of our reviews have disappeared 🤬. Can you please put them back on as soon as you can. Thanks. 😃

We are pleased to announce the restaurant will reopen at 11.30am this Saturday (July 4).

@holidaylettings - why have you appeared to have refunded a guest who cancelled before the virus lockdown started? My T&C’s, which were in place when the cancellation was done, have been overridden - why? I did not give you permission to play fast and loose with my only income.
